Tras m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os en el mercado inmobiliario, hoy estrenamos el nuevo dise\u00f1o de la web de SomRIE. La nueva web implica un cambio de rumbo, un cambio necesario para mostrar a nuestros usuarios de forma m\u00e1s sencilla lo que realmente somos y hacemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el objetivo principal de este nuevo dise\u00f1o?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El objetivo de este nuevo dise\u00f1o ha sido simplificar todo el contenido actual haci\u00e9ndolo m\u00e1s visual y f\u00e1cil de entender siguiendo el manual de estilos de la marca, Property Buyers by SomRIE<\/a>, que se present\u00f3 hace aproximadamente un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para esta nueva web se ha querido usar el color Grassy (un color turquesa) el cual le aporta frescura, simplicidad y confianza al dise\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todas las p\u00e1ginas mantienen una est\u00e9tica similar, con una foto \u201cHero\u201d ocupando un 75% de la pantalla a modo de presentaci\u00f3n para enfocar sin distracciones al visitante y que sepa en todo momento d\u00f3nde se encuentra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se ha optado por ese toque minimalista y limpio para mostrar solo lo necesario, manteniendo la premisa del “menos es m\u00e1s”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La parte del blog<\/a> ha mantenido el mismo concepto, pero sabiendo que el contenido que se genere puede ser muy variado y\/o extenso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por lo que mantener la limpieza en el dise\u00f1o es fundamental <\/strong>para que la lectura de las noticias sea lo m\u00e1s clara posible para as\u00ed darle m\u00e1s importancia al contenido que al continente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 un cambio de rumbo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Property Buyers by SomRIE<\/a> <\/a>cuenta con tres marcas que necesit\u00e1bamos que el usuario diferenciase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Property Buyers by SomRIE<\/strong> enfocada a la franquicia, Property Buyers<\/a> muy enfocada al inversor y al comprador y SomRIE muy enfocada \u00fanica y exclusivamente al comprador de vivienda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Necesit\u00e1bamos que las marcas se diferenciasen entre s\u00ed para crear marcas contundentes y f\u00e1ciles de reconocer. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SomRIE cuenta con la experiencia de llevar m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os dedic\u00e1ndose \u00fanicamente al servicio de Personal Shopper Inmobiliario y eso hab\u00eda que reflejarlo en una \u00fanica web. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
